CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD
Username and password has already been assigned you by Somebody Inc when you subscribed for our services. You must use the same username. If it is the first time you are changing your password, use the password we assigned you. If you have changed your password before, use that one. Note that you cannot change your username automatically, you will have to inform us for it. You can only change your password.
- The password is case sensitive. 'A' is not the same as 'a'.
- The new password must be four (4) to ten (10) characters long.
- Your new password will be effective immediately. But your browser might have cached the old one.
- Please allow 5-10 minutes for it to be in full effect.
